The Junior Chamber of Commerce or JCs, or commonly known as the Jaycees, is a worldwide organization of young adults who wish to better themselves through community service. The organization provides leadership training opportunities for its members through projects and different chapter programs.

The membership areas of emphasis are business development, management skills, individual training, community service, national and international connections.
