MEET THE PRESIDENT

JCI Mem.Vincent N. Lobrigo, being one of the active and dynamic member of the board, holds the seat as the Regional Training Director for Bicol and Executive Vice President in the term year 2009 of JCI Naga when he was elected as 55th President for LOM year 2010 during the annual election in the General Membership Meeting of the organization held on Sept. 12, 2009. As very dedicated in promoting JCI Philippines and its mission "To provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change", Pres. Vhem has organized trainings and seminars to the members of JCIP and other organizations. The JCI Presenter and JCI Trainer courses in Bicol and "the Parliamentary Procedure for Student Leaders" are among the activities that he organized.

To extend the opportunities of being a Jaycee, Pres. Vhem is giving attention in organizing new chapters in Bicol. JCI Pili and JCI Nabua are his top priorities. Also, He started with membership growth and membership retention of his LOM. His initiative is somehow in line to strenghten the unity and camaraderie within the LOM and among the members in Bicol, Area 3 and the JCI Philippines.
