JCI Naga and JCI Naga Carinosa's Joint OTS Seminar 2008

The JCI Naga and JCI Naga Cariñosa held the first Opportunity to Succeed Seminar  for year 2008 last Friday, Jan. 25 at the Starmark Café. Twenty-eight (28) gentlemen and ladies from Naga and Cariñosa  attended the seminar, it was indeed an equally shared number of baby jaycees for both chapter. The seminar was conducted by JCI Naga Cariñosa’s PRIME graduate of 2007 and LOM Secretary, Mary Sharon M. Lobrigo.

Opportunity to Succeed Seminar is the first step of being a (Baby) Jaycee member and likewise they are expected to be familiarized of what is the essence of being a Jaycee.
The very essence in adopting the four (4) Areas of Opportunity and the Principles of Jinior Chamber International. In the seminar held, the trainor’s emphasis on these opportunities were guided by the JCI principles as well. She also presented the history and few facts about  JCI. To get to know all the activites and projects of JCI, the Naga Cariñosa presented their video presentation of their 2007 accomplishments. There was also encouraging testimonials of Past Presidents concluded by, JCI Sen. Pete Cervano and JCI Mem. Cathy Maggay and of course the present LOM Presidents of  Naga & Naga Cariñosa, JCI Mem. Leah Andrea S. Soriano and JCI Mem. Alexis “Choi” Fante.

The very core of understanding the Junior Chamber International somehow tickled the new young professionals of JCI Naga and Naga Cariñosa. The point of developing their leadership, entrepreneurial and social skills will encourage them to BE BETTER not only to themselves but to the community and beyond.
